~~Classic Coleslaw

What you need:

pre-shredded coleslaw or finely sliced cabbage Mayo


Serving for 2 to 3 people-

Place 7 to 8oz pre-shredded coleslaw or finely sliced cabbage in a bowl.

Combine 1/3 cup of mayonnaise with

half the pouch of Classic Coleslaw Seasoning Mix in a small bowl.

Mix well and combine with slaw.


Serving size for 4 to 8 people-

Place 14 to 16oz of shredded coleslaw or finely sliced cabbage in a bowl.

Combine 3/4 cup of mayonnaise and entire contents of Classic Coleslaw Seasoning Mix in a small bowl.

Mix well, and combine with slaw.

Veggies -

Veggie Dip, Classic Coleslaw, Cajun Vegetable

~~Cajun Vegetable Mix

Directions:

Sprinkle on your cooked vegetables such as potatoes, corn on the cob, pearl onions, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, asparagus, green beans and broccoli.


Use to cook in your shrimp, crawfish or crab boil!


Add 1 tablespoon of Cajun Vegetable Mix to boiling water. Add fresh potatoes, pearl onions, mushrooms and corn on the cob along with Cajun sausage.

Boil for 30 minutes.

Remove vegetables from boiling water.

Add a second tablespoon of Cajun Vegetable Mix before you add your choice of seafood into boiling water.


~~Veggie Dip Seasoning Mix

You will need:

sour cream.

FRESH veggies for dipping like carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumber, cauliflower or dress up your Portebella mushroom burger!


Serving size 1 to 2  people -

 Combine 4oz of sour cream and 1/2 of the contents of Veggie Dip Seasoning Mix.


Serving a family or big party?

Combine 8oz of sour cream and the entire contents Veggie Dip Seasoning Mix.

 Mix well and serve.
